Concert

• Leah and Beth will come Saturday sometime to set up.
• Our sound person will be meet them to help do set up and sound check. (Brad Smith)
• We need another person to help w/ set up.
• We need an info/CD table set up for the ladies (Mark Smith)
• We need people watching papers to see the press releases and the Bedford Now for the ad (Linda Parson will bring her copy of the Bedford Now)
• We need to be extra conscious of the church’s appearance (inside & out), and the greeting process. First Impressions matter!

Dinner

• 100 pcs. of chicken have been ordered with the Lambertville Kroger’s. (Janette Shorrock is picking up. Payment is reimbursement.)
• We need to finalize who is getting supplies, beverages, who is working the kitchen, etc. (Mark Smith is checking the supplies)
• We need tables and chairs set up. (Mark Smith) What number should we plan on?
